Swim / Bike / Run transitions and practices.

Week 1: Swim

                   Distance, stroke and strategy

Week 2: Bike

                   Rules of the road, strategy and aid.

Week 3: Run

                   Pacing, how to fuel and strategy.

Week 4: Transitions

                   Race day prep and set up.

Beginning Monday, May 13

 6:30-7:30 pm

$20 • 4 weeks

Sign up online or at the welcome center.

Class ends in time to sign up for the Nashua Y Sprint Tri on June 9.
