Summer Triathlon Clinic for Pre Teens and Teens
Train with the best! Concord Family YMCA will be holding two Summer Triathalon Clinics this summer for Preteens and teens. This exciting clinic will feature some of the nations best athletes to train and educate those interested completing a Triathlon.
Summer Youth Surf Clinic
Ride the waves! Concord Family YMCA is offering a Summer Surf Clinic starting August 4th through August 8th 8:00am-4:00 pm. This clinic is broken up into 2 age groups, 9-12yrs and 13-17yrs.
Healthy Balance
The Concord YMCA had recently joined forces with Lifestyle Management Associates to design a revolutionary weight-loss/lifestyle modification program that incorporates nutritional counseling, menu planning, exercise, and stress techniques. This will be a 8 week program. Come to the first meeting and find out more information.
