USA Triathlon Coach and Ironman competitor Colin Cook covers what you need to know to successfully complete your first triathlon. Using the Greater Nashua Sprint Tri as the example, they will address course details, equipment, training, transitions, rules, clothing, nutrition, and race hints. Attendees will receive a training plan designed to prepare for the Greater Nashua Sprint Tri.
While this series is geared towards first-time triathletes, the information is helpful to triathletes of all levels. Colin will answer any of your triathlon related questions.
